This website is operated by GMT Creative Solutions LLC (“GMT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California limited liability company located in Calabasas, California. We produce video content, including real estate videos, brand films, podcasts, and social reels.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through gmtcreativesolutions.com and its subdomains and related pages, including our real estate video division site at real-estate.gmtcreativesolutions.com (together, the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. Where a particular page differs in how it operates, this Policy notes the difference. Please read it alongside any separate agreement you may enter into with us for services.
We collect very little information. Our contact form does not store anything on this Site — it opens a draft email in your own mail application. We use no analytics or advertising trackers. We use the information you send us only to respond to you and run our business, and we do not sell your personal information. The details are below.
How to reach us, and what happens to what you send. Some pages of the Site provide a contact form; others provide only a direct email link. Neither transmits or stores your information on our website. Where a contact form is provided, completing and submitting it simply opens a pre-filled draft message in your own email application — nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Where only an email link is provided, selecting it opens a blank message in your own email application. In both cases, any message travels from your email provider to ours as an ordinary email. We do not operate a database of form submissions, and no information you type into a form is stored on this Site or by our website host.
Whether you reach us through that form, by direct email, or by telephone, you may provide:
We only receive this information because you chose to send it to us. Once received, it resides in our business email account and is handled as described in this Policy.
Like nearly all websites, our Site and our website hosting provider automatically log certain technical information when you visit, which may include:
This information is generated automatically by web servers and is used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding general Site usage.
We do not use Google Analytics or any similar third-party analytics service on this Site, and we do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or tracking you across other websites.
Our website hosting platform may set cookies that are necessary for basic Site functionality, security, and performance. Most web browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.
We do not request or knowingly collect:
Please do not send us sensitive personal information through the contact form. If a project requires it, we will arrange a more secure method.
We use the information described above only to:
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share limited information in these circumstances only:
Embedded video. Certain pages of the Site, including pages of our real estate video division, embed a video player hosted by Vimeo in order to display our work. When a page containing an embedded Vimeo player loads or when you play a video, Vimeo may set cookies on your device and may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser information, and details about your viewing, in accordance with Vimeo’s own privacy policy. This occurs directly between you and Vimeo. We do not receive your personal information from Vimeo; we receive only aggregate, non-identifying view statistics about our own videos. We encourage you to review Vimeo’s privacy policy at vimeo.com/privacy.
Links to other platforms. The Site links to third-party platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Those companies collect information according to their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site or service you visit.
Third parties may have the ability to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Site — in particular through the embedded Vimeo video player described in Section 5.1, and through any social media features you interact with. We do not control that collection and we do not receive that information.
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals. There is currently no industry or legal standard for how websites must respond to DNT signals. Our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We do not track visitors across third-party websites for our own advertising purposes.
We keep contact form submissions and correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, to perform and document any services we provide, and to satisfy our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations. We delete or archive information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
You may request that we review, correct, update, or delete the personal information you have provided to us by emailing info@gmtcreativesolutions.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Please include enough detail for us to locate your information. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to retain certain records where required by law or where necessary to document a completed project.
If we begin sending marketing or newsletter emails, every such message will include an unsubscribe link, and we will honor opt-out requests promptly. Requesting that we stop sending marketing email does not prevent us from sending transactional messages about a project you have engaged us for.
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, grants California residents rights including the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. That law applies to businesses that meet certain thresholds relating to revenue, the volume of consumers whose information they process, or revenue derived from selling personal information. GMT does not currently meet those thresholds, so we are not presently a “business” subject to the CCPA. Regardless, as a matter of practice we do not sell or share personal information, and we will honor requests under Section 9.1 above from any visitor who makes one.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, please contact us at info@gmtcreativesolutions.com and we will delete it.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Information you send us by email or through the contact form is transmitted at your own risk.
This Privacy Policy governs information collected through the Site. Personal information, likenesses, footage, and materials involved in a video production engagement are governed by the applicable production agreement, appearance release, or other written contract between GMT and the client or participant, not by this Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and post the revised Policy on the Site. Material changes will be indicated by a notice on the Site’s home page for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the Site after a revised Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of it.
